Breathe.It’s just a bad day, not a bad life.

Sometimes you feel like quitting everything and do nothing. Depression plays an important role in that moment and you feel helpless. You can’t concentrate, you can’t think of anything else but only that one thing that troubles you and takes your half-life. People say move on, but you can’t. They don’t know what is going inside you as only you and you can feel the pain, see the rough patches in your path and fight with your own mind, body and heart. Nothing can release your stress. You just blame yourself for everything. Feel as if it wouldn’t have happened. You feel like crying, screaming out loud, shouting at the mistake, but nothing helps. It’s probably your biggest mistake of your life and the so-called “bad day of your life”. It becomes hard to believe the reality and your acceptance level reduces. You resist yourself from accepting the fact and the truth. You feel like going back to the past and rectifying the mistakes, but it’s life. Life has not given us the opportunity to travel back in time but to move on with positive attitude.

Take a deep breath, realize what all you have done in your life, weigh the days of  happiness vs unhappiness, make a note of all the small actions and moments that gave you smile, pride and uplifted your spirit. Take a shower, drink a glass of water, make your room dark and lie down. Observe the silence. Observe your heartbeat. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. And you can make another beautiful day too. Remember hard days are those days that teaches you a good lesson and make you stronger than ever before. Make the most out of it and evaluate your inner self. Giving time to yourself and loving your soul are the two most important things one should always do. Give peace to yourself.

Remember what comes easy won’t last long and what lasts long won’t come easy. Even to extract diamonds one has to undergo so many processes. Life is like that. Thinking positive and striving to make your each moment precious is what one should aim for. Compete with yourself and your capabilities. Work on yourself. Make your life harder and harder to get more success in future. Follow your passion, make the most out of it. Keep yourself busy and believe in yourself and what you do. Your work and your attitude towards life shows your personality. Fear, anxiety, negatives, impatient, losing hopes are some of the characteristic that one should avoid having. Push your limits and see new talents in yourself.

Sometimes all you can do is just smile, move on with your days, hold back your tears and pretend that you are okay. Do meditation, chant OM, purify yourself , do yoga, listen to relaxation music, or do what you love, but just don’t give up. You have to make yourself believe that you have come a long way and you can’t go back. Turn your bad days to the days of evaluation. Test your inner strength to fight back. If life gives you hard days to survive, punch back and prove that you can survive in a much better way.  Your best days are yet to come and you need to believe it every moment during your bad days. You yourself responsible for making it a good or bad day. So build it beautiful. Do some social activities to spread smile. If you spread smile, your inner soul will smile and make peace within. Treat yourself like a baby, pamper yourself but never sit back waiting for the right time to come. You have to make your time right. Time and tides wait for no one.
